Jessica is an Experienced Talent Management Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in large customer-focused organizations. She is highly skilled in in the areas of employee engagement, leadership development, data analysis, job design, selection, and performance management. Jessica is a strong education professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Clemson University.
